Financially Growing LLC (“Financially Growing,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a virtual, nature-inspired financial-literacy company based in Oregon, USA. We equip teens, families, and schools with real-life money skills through online courses, digital downloads, and coaching services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit financiallygrowing.com or interact with any of our products, services, or marketing channels (collectively, the “Services”).

Access, correct, delete, or port data: Send a request to the address in Section 15. We will verify your identity before acting.
Opt out of cookies or targeted ads: Adjust your browser settings or use industry opt-out tools (e.g., aboutads.info).
California & other U.S. state residents: If you reside in California (CCPA/CPRA) or another state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law effective in 2025 (e.g., Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland), you may have additional rights to (a) know what personal data we collect, (b) request deletion or correction, (c) opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of data, and (d) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy (including record-keeping and legal compliance) unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

We use technical and organizational measures—SSL/TLS encryption, role-based access, routine backups—to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100 % secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International transfers
Our servers are located in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, or processed in the U.S. or other jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection. We use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.
