Financially Growing LLC equips families, schools, and organizations with practical, age-appropriate financial literacy that builds confidence, reduces future stress, and prepares students for real life, before money mistakes become costly.
Our programs are preventative, encouraging, and designed to grow with students from childhood through young adulthood, with optional faith-based values that support stewardship without excluding anyone.

You want your kids prepared for real-world money decisions, without overwhelm or shame. Our self-paced curriculum helps families teach budgeting, saving, earning, and wise decision-making at home, in a way that fits busy schedules and different learning styles.

You need financial education that is standards-aligned, measurable, and relevant to the students you serve. We design customized financial literacy programs aligned with the NFEC framework and your organization’s specific goals.

You value wisdom, stewardship, and generosity. Our curriculum supports faith-based conversations while remaining inclusive and accessible to all students and families.

Money lessons should be as common as bedtime stories, that belief is what sparked Financially Growing.
Ashlee Richards didn't grow up with financial guidance. As a young mom who experienced foster care, homelessness, and debt — and who later lost her sight permanently, she knows what it feels like to navigate adulthood without a financial map.
That experience gave her clarity and a mission: equip young people with money skills before life gets expensive, overwhelming, or unforgiving. Today she is a certified financial educator, a national advisory committee member, and the founder of Financially Growing LLC — building the curriculum she never had.

We combine real-world practicality with encouragement and values, so students learn by doing, not by being lectured.
We teach integrity, responsibility, and stewardship in everyday financial decisions.
Our programs are accessible, adaptable, and designed for diverse families and communities.
