Return & Refund Policy for Financially Growing LLC
Effective Date: May 31, 2025

We’re moms, dads, teachers, and money-mentors too. We get that budgets matter and buyer’s remorse is real—so here’s how we handle returns and refunds with honesty and a dash of grace.

1. Scope of this Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made directly through financiallygrowing.com or our official checkout links, including:

  • Digital Products & Downloads – e-books, planners, templates, printables, slide decks, quizzes, PDFs, etc.

  • Online Courses & Memberships – self-paced curriculum, live peer cohorts, Moms’ Faith Circle, Teen Hangout.

  • 1-on-1 Coaching & Workshops – virtual sessions booked on our calendar.

  • Physical Merchandise (very rare—think limited-edition card decks or board games) purchased from our web-shop.

2. General Principles

  1. Digital = Final. Once digital files are delivered or course access is granted, they can’t be “un-downloaded,” so sales are non-refundable (see limited exceptions in Section 3).

  2. Transparency First. We do our best to show exactly what you’re getting—page previews, curriculum outlines, lesson samples, and FAQ sections—so you can buy with confidence.

  3. Grace Period on Live Programs. Life happens. We offer a short window to cancel live cohorts or coaching if you contact us early (details below).

  4. Quality Counts. If anything arrives damaged or doesn’t work (broken link, corrupted file, printing issue), we’ll replace or repair it at no extra cost.

3. Product-Specific Policies

Product Type Refund Window Conditions / Exceptions Digital Downloads (PDFs, templates, workbooks, printables, audio, video) No refunds once the file link is sent or unlocked. If a file is defective (e.g., won’t open or is missing pages), email us within 7 days of purchase for a fresh link or corrected file—free. Self-Paced Courses (yearly access) No refunds after login credentials are delivered. Request an accidental duplicate-purchase refund within 48 hours (must show duplicate receipt). Live Peer Cohorts (5-student groups) Full refund if you cancel 7 days before the first live session. 50 % refund if you cancel 2-6 days prior. No refund once the cohort begins (replay access provided). 1-on-1 Money Makeover Coaching Reschedule free up to 24 hours before the call. Cancelling inside 24 hours = 50 % fee. No-shows forfeit the session. Memberships (Moms’ Faith Circle, Teen Hangout) Cancel any time; you’ll keep access until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds. Physical Products (games, card decks, merch) Return for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery if unopened/unused. Buyer pays return shipping unless item is defective.

4. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  1. Email us: financiallygrowing@gmail.com (Subject: Refund Request – [Order #12345]).

  2. Include: your full name, order number, product name, date of purchase, and reason. Screenshots help speed things up.

  3. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps—replacement link, store credit, or return-shipping label if eligible.

  4. Refund Method: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing depends on your bank).

5. Store Credits & Partial Refunds

In special cases—like a mid-course upgrade or bundled purchase—we may offer pro-rated credit toward another Financially Growing product instead of a cash refund. Credits are valid for 12 months.

6. Chargebacks

We’re happy to help resolve any issue directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension and loss of access to current or future programs.

7. EU/UK & Other International Customers

Where local “cooling-off” laws apply to digital content or distance sales, you waive that right once instant download or streaming begins. If a mandatory right of withdrawal exists that cannot legally be waived, we will comply with the applicable regulation.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Return Policy to match new laws or product lines. A new Effective Date will appear at the top. Continued purchases after changes = acceptance of the revised terms.
